LittlJoy Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To request a return, email littljoy.support@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

LittlJoy covers return shipping for approved returns and will provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue so we can arrange a suitable resolution.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
